Innovation in Education and Evaluation
navreme resurse umane is a consulting company for
education and communication, registered in Giurgiu, Romania, in
2007 - the year of Romania's membership in the EU.
navreme resurse umane works with a team of young
and qualified Romanian experts on innovation in education, while
drawing on the experience of the whole navreme network. It is active
locally, nationally, and in the framework of EU projects.
navreme resurse umane, as the Romanian nod of the
navreme network, builds on the successful research, consulting,
evaluation and training portofolio of the navreme network in the
EU, in its New Member States, and its New Neighbourhood.
The (Slavic) "navreme" (as the Greek "kairos" for "the right moment")
stands for "at the right time". It aims at bringing expertise from
the EU and previous EU accession waves to Romania.

Work on spot is organised by its CEO Dr Stefan Popenici.
In a joint venture with Dr Bernd Baumgartl, the
executive of the navreme network, the Romanian co-owners of the
company are Mr Popenici, Ms Nadia Tarnoveanu, and Mr Cirprian Fartusnik.
