Project Objectives

At the end of the course,
1) participants will be aware of framework conditions, procedures, methods and instruments
of International Project Design and Management;

2) they will have practical experience in designing projects for financing by an International Organisation, including a Logical framework Matrix and standard Budget Sheet;

3) finally, through a simulation of a tender and selection process they will have insights into the mechanisms and criteria for project award, and their repercussions for project design.
