Aims
1. Create a facility for the sharing of experience and expertise in project and programme evaluation amongst all its members.
2. Allow for bi-lateral and multi-lateral exchange amongst sets of members – on the basis of common or similar challenges in programme and project evaluation.
3. Provide the basis for all or some of its members to enter into joint tenders and contracts in the European Union and elsewhere.
4. Facilitate the joint development of evaluation methodologies and methodological tools, based on shared network principles.
5. Actively encourage the contribution by members to debate, at national and international level,
that promotes and encourages shared network principles
