European Consulting
CAJTIG is a European Consulting company registered in Skopje, Macedonia,
in 2004 - the year of Macedonia's application to the EU.
CAJTIG stands for the commitment to work with local experts, on
local needs and for local benefit, in order to contribute to the
rapprochement of South-East Europe and the EU, with the goal of
successful accession around 2010.
CAJTIG, as the Macedonian nod of the navreme network, builds on
the successful research, consulting, evaluation and training portofolio
of the navreme network in the EU, in its New Member States, and
its New Neighbourhood, in particular the "Western Balkans".
As (Slavic) "navreme", also "cajtig" (the German "zeitig") stands
for "at the right time". It aims at bringing expertise from previous
EU accession waves to Macedonia and South-East Europe (1985, 1995,
2004, 2007). Work on spot is organised by Ms Gabriela Krstevska,
cajtig project manager in Skopje.
Activities
In particular, the services and expertise offered comprise:

of Pre-accession Programmes * Management and Economics of Entreprises
* Leadership in Business and Government
Since spring 2005, CAJTIG offers courses focused on management
of small business. Trainers were Macedonian experts in business
administration and economics, students of economics came from Macedonian
universities and companies. After the final session and examination
by an international commission, students receive certificates in
3 languages, certifying their achievement, and listing the learning
content mastered in a supplement. The courses are organized with
the support of the Austrian embassy in Skopje.
Course TTBE 1 ("Through Training to Business Excellence") took place in blocked sessions, organised in different Macedonian cities, and finished in Vienna in July 2005.
A second edition (TTBE 2) was implemented in autumn 2005, with exams and award of certificates again in Vienna.
A second-level course on "Leadership in Management" (LEAD 1) started in spring 2006, and - together with TTBE 3 - culminated with the commissional exam of knowledge and papers in Prague, in July 2006.
A third-level course was first implemented in autumn 2006: "Enterprise
Success by Teamwork" (TEAM 1). TTBE 4, LEAD 2 and
a course on "Management for Dentists"
were launched in Sofia in October, and continued for the whole winter
semester in different Macedonian cities. The final session took
place in front of commission with Austrian, German and Macedonian
participants, in Vienna, in March 2007.

is an experienced project manager, and responible for logistics
and administration. She has lived in Germany for several years.
Experience in working with international projects, Soros Foundation
and national universities, as an expert and assistant. Often spends
a weekend at the shores of Lake Ohrid.
