navreme bilgi geliştirme, ankara

TÜRKÇE

This venture (translating to "navreme knowledge development") was founded in 2006, the year of start of Turkey's negotiations with the EU concerning accession. With the help of a team of Turkish trainers, trained by EU experts from Czech Republic, Italy, Poland and Sweden, navreme started the provision of courses on EU programmes in Turkey. First clients are Chambers of Industry (e.g. ESO in Eskişehir), and negotiations are underway with education institutions (e.g. the TOBB University) for further activities. navreme is responsible for the coordination of EU experts, content and quality of the courses, and local partners take care of organisation, logistics, public relations and recruitment in Turkey and Northern Cyprus.

navreme bilgi geliştirme stands for a continuous rapprochement between the EU and Turkey, whatever the outcome of the accession negotiations in the coming decade. Cooperation with Turkey will and should intensify, and economic links are to increase.

Programme "EU Training Academy"

The following themes are contained in the first 2,5-days training module on "Tips and Tricks for EU Programmes and Tenders":

• EU programmes, projects - general overview;
• EU funded projects in Turkey (quota, legal considerations, etc);
• De-centralised implementation of EU funds – pre-accession funds;
• Supply, works, services contracts;
• Open, restricted tenders, informal consultation, etc.
• Calls, longlists and shortlists, contractors;
• Tenders, bids, tender dossiers, supporting evidence;
• Eligibility for participation, prerequisites, partnerships, consortia, framework contracts;
• Project selection and probabilities, contract awarding.

Programme "on-line courses"
The following themes are being offered as distance training in cooperation with Interaktif Akademi (www.interaktifakademi.com.tr):

• EU project management
• Training of trainers
• Training of evaluators
• Communication skills
